How do you improve on a legend? We've kept the features that made the ski famous and added the latest innovations, making progress where a year ago there was no room for improvement. These new-generation skis feature enhanced stability, liveliness and manoeuvrability, and offer even greater versatility for an exciting experience on and off the slopes. The secret of this increased performance lies in Völkl's innovations: the Tailored Titanal Frame ensures stability, while the Tailored Carbon Tips provide responsiveness. Unlike its predecessor, the M6 Mantra, the M7 Mantra uses the 4 Radius Drive design - an advanced development of the proven 3D Radius Sidecut and a Völkl innovation not found on any other model. 

With this technology, Völkl sets a new benchmark in turning radius variation to combine maneuverability and rock-solid stability. Maximum versatility for different snow conditions, on and off piste, with increased stability on hard surfaces and improved performance on soft snow. By adapting the Titanal components to different ski lengths and therefore to the skier's proportions, it is possible not only to optimise the weight of the tip and tail, but also to influence torsional rigidity, which improves handling qualities. This retains the familiar stability of a Titanal ski while making the Mantra M7 significantly lighter and more agile to control. The handling characteristics of the Mantra M7 are also improved.
