CHOOSE THE RIGHT SIZE POLES
To measure the right size of your ski poles, ideally wear your boots. If you already have a ski pole, simply turn the ski pole upside down and grasp it under the puck. Put the stick straight up and press it against the floor, keeping your upper arm close to your body. If your arm is at a right angle, the ski pole is the right size.
If you don't have ski poles, take a broomstick in front of you with one end resting on the ground. Simply stand up straight with your elbow against your side and measure the distance from the ground to the top of your hand. Add 5 cm to this length, and you have the size of your poles!
