Screen categories
SKI/SNOW MASK
Screen categories are expressed from 1 to 4, from darkest to sunniest.
* VLT (Visible Light Transmission) is the percentage of light allowed to pass through a shield
Ski goggle category 1 : Ski mask with low filtering, between 20 and 57%, allowing to ski in degraded conditions (snow, fog...).
Ski goggle category 2 : Ski mask with moderate filtering, between 57 and 82%, perfect for weak sunshine or changing weather conditions.
Ski goggle category 3: High filtering ski mask, between 82 and 92%, allowing you to ski in comfort in sunny weather.
Ski goggle category 4 : Ski mask with very high filtering, more than 92%, to be used in full sun and at high altitude, therefore under intense light, to give you maximum protection.
