HOW TO KNOW IF YOU ARE GOOFY OR REGULAR

Goofy = right foot in front

Regular=left foot in front

Your support is mainly on the front foot and the steering with the back foot. If you are "goofy" you surf in profile facing left and vice versa if you are "regular".

- Regulars put their left foot forward.

- Goofy riders put their right foot forward.

This stage defines all the gliding and turning techniques to be adapted accordingly.

NOTE: A "regular" is not necessarily left-handed, and a "goofy" is not necessarily right-handed. The majority of snowboarders are regular riders.
