Loyalty program

With each order placed at Easy-Gliss, you automatically earn loyalty points, which you can use whenever you want.

The sum of loyalty points can be used to pay for your order in full no minimum purchase is required for their use

They will be credited to your Easy-gliss account within 24 hours of payment of your order.

1 point = 0.10€

Each product is earmarked with the number of points it earns you.

 Loyalty points are valid for one year from the date they are allocated to your customer account. 

- Loyalty points cannot be accumulated on orders that have benefited from special offers (discount code, exceptional promotion, etc…)

- These cannot be used during the sales period

- A discount or promotion code cancels loyalty points

- A deduction of the accumulated loyalty points will be applicable on one of the chosen orders

- If the price of a product is discounted you can collect and use loyalty points. 

All products allow me to collect points and the number of points accumulated for each item is indicated in the product information sheet for each item.

When you pay for your order you have the possibility to indicate the amount of points you wish to use for the order of your choice.

•          No minimum purchase is required for their use
•          The sum of loyalty points can be used to pay for your order in full
•          You can choose to use your points all at once or a few at a time and you also choose when you want to use them
•          The customer can acquire these loyalty points during the sales but they cannot be used during the legal SALES period
•          Loyalty points cannot be combined with special promotional offers
•          You cannot use a promotional code and loyalty points in the same order
•          Using a promotional code will cancel the loyalty points of the order.
•          A partial discount of accumulated points is applied for orders using loyalty points
•          If you have used loyalty points from an order you are requesting a refund for, the amount equivalent to the points used will be deducted from the refund and the points  will be credited back into your kitty.
•          In the event of a refund of an order, the points accumulated thanks to this order will be deducted from the loyalty account
