What happens if I am not at home at the time of delivery?

If you are at home during the usual delivery hours of La Poste, DPD or GLS, you can give us another delivery address, whether it is your workplace, a friend's or a neighbour's house. If you have chosen delivery by COLISSIMO, DPD, GLS and you prefer to be delivered to your home, if you are absent when the postman or deliveryman comes, a delivery notice will be left in your letterbox. This will tell you the time and day of the delivery and the post office where you can collect the parcel. You will need to go to the post office indicated with the delivery note left by the postman and some form of identification to collect it.As far as the carriers are concerned, they will leave you a notice indicating where you can collect your parcel, or they will contact you directly using the telephone information you have given us to agree on a new delivery day.

Can I be delivered outside France?

We deliver throughout France, Europe and internationally to the following countries:

  • Switzerland, Monaco, Germany, Belgium, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Spain, Great Britain, Italy, Denmark, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Greece, Finland, Azerbaijan, Bosnia Herzegovina, Georgia, Moldova, Montenegro, Serbia, Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Belarus, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Estonia, Latvia, Malta, Morocco, Romania, Russia, Tunisia, Ukraine.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot deliver to the following destinations:

  •        Great Britain: Jersey Island, Guernsey Islands, Isle of Man
  •        Switzerland: Büsingen, CERN
  •        Germany: Helgoland
  •        Spain: Canary Islands, Ceuta Island, Melilla Island
  •        Italy: Campione d'Italia, Livigno, San Marino, Vatican

What should I do when I receive my package?

Check the external condition of the package before signing the delivery note. If the package is damaged, open it and check the contents before signing.

If the products are missing or damaged, you must refuse the delivery and express precise reservations on the carrier's slip.

Example:

Damaged package, a product….  missing or a product…. damaged - delivery not accepted.

 

PLEASE NOTE : If you accept the parcel, we remind you that no dispute can be considered if the delivery is accepted without reservation with the carrier.
The reservation of the type "subject to unpacking" has no legal value. Your reservation must be specific: "package received is damaged, a product reference is …. missing. These details are necessary to exchange the product(s).  You should keep a copy or a photo of the delivery note indicating your remarks or fill in a blank sheet of paper, signed by yourself and the carrier, listing the precise reservations.

How do I change my delivery address?

In your customer space, under "My Personal Information" >click<

You have the possibility to modify, delete or add your delivery addresses.

Will I be charged extra when I receive my order?

No, you will not be charged any additional fees when you receive your package.

With the exception of Switzerland. (A tax of 8% of the order amount excluding VAT will be applied and customs clearance fees may be charged).
