Once the return of one or more items is validated and compliant(see returns procedure), we will refund the amount of the products concerned using the payment method you previously used.

If you have paid for all or part of an item using your loyalty points the amount used will not be refunded but your points will be credited to your loyalty kitty.

Loyalty points earned from returned products will be automatically deducted from the same kitty.
